My current situation is as follows im currenlty looking in to renting from the council i recieved , incapacity benifit and high rate of dla , i have a partner who is unemployed , would i be entitles to hb when i recieve a council property .

Housing benefit is evolving and changing including eligibility so by the time you are allocated a council property I doubt it will be the same. Surely if we (as in the hard tax payers) are paying you £11,000 a year to do sweet fa then at least learn to spell your main income

You asked this two years ago when you were 21. In another post you state you have a daughter of 18 and a son. You have posted questions about care allowance and dla. Your circumstances don't fit. Yawn.
