would i be entitled to housing benifit ???

My current situation is as follows im currenlty looking in to renting from the council i recieved , incapacity benifit and high rate of dla , i have a partner who is unemployed , would i be entitles to hb when i recieve a council property .

    Housing benefit is evolving and changing including eligibility so by the time you are allocated a council property I doubt it will be the same. You are better off asking in a few years when you are nearer the event.

  • Surely if we (as in the hard tax payers) are paying you £11,000 a year to do sweet fa then at least learn to spell your main income

    It is a big presumption that he is doing sweet fa. Or are you one of the ignorant masses who believe that all housing benefit claimants are unemployed?
