Hi, finally we have decided to split up after many years of misery.

My first question is when we split the child tax credit claim ( 3 will be living with me and 2 with dh) will the tax credit people look at my income for last yr or will they base it on what I earn now?

Next question.. DH is a full time student and will be staying here in our mortgaged house with two children one who gets high rate dla. Will dh get any help with the mortgage?

I will be renting with three ( one who gets high rate DLA) I work full time. I think I might get some help from HB with the rent. However will this be the case as I will still be on the mortgage deeds?

Thanks

Thank you.
Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!
