View address on barclays online?

Yea, i recently changed address at the banch and the woman said its done,

but im still getting post to my old apartment (still got the keys for a month)

so i dunno what the hell that woman did, is there anyway AT ALL to view your address online on the barclays bank ?

have that feature just wanna make sure the woman did her job right otherwise im going to complain.

......But if you click through to "apply for a barclaycard" while logged on you may find out what address they hold as the form is prefilled

"Your personal data such as name and address will be used to pre-fill parts of the application form. You are able to change this information; however, any changes you make will not be reflected back to your online bank account.
On completion of the application, you must close down the page to prevent other users accessing your personal details. If you choose not to continue with the application, you must close down any pages, including this one, to protect your security information."

So they may have your residential address recorded correctly and not the correspondence address

Strange tho, i gave them my address new one.. she said its done i did that with other banks and im getting post from them but barclays? still going to my old address it's ridiculous,

Could it be that the mailings sent to your old address are pre-prepared mailshots?

as previously stated Barclays hold your address in two places- "residential address" and "correspondence address"

They do not appear to have updated both in your case
