I am about to re-claim some bank charges - can anybody tell me if I am able to claim back the over-draft interest charges on my account - my husband and I have a authorised overdraft and is within the overdraft limit but I have been charged interest as well as my account fee that I pay monthly.

No, please read the Reclaim Help thread in my signature.0 -
Hi, you can only reclaim charges for going into unauthorised overdraft, unpaid direct debits and unpaid cheques etc. You cannot reclaim interest or fees for an authorised overdraft. I hope this helps.0
