Hi, has anyone else had problems with the creation creditcard ?
I took one out with 17month 0% and after 9 months theycharged interest I have to ring them every month they promise to sort it outbut this is not happening, they even now say they have phoned me to say I’m notentitled to the interest free ,that’s after other advisor’s admitted it’s their mistake, I had no call or message left and every advisor I speak tocan’t seem to tell me what’s going on, or if they do its not rectified.
I will clear the debt and never use them again, justwondered if it’s just me this has happened to, I even thought it must be a scamto add interest to the account.
Worried and upset customer.

Do you HONESTLY believe that this is true?0 -
Were you late with a payment at all? The 0% interest is usually removed if you don't pay on time. It is in their T&Cs.
However, if you're not getting a straight answer from anyone then I would write to them, recorded delivery and keeping a copy, and make a formal complaint.....Practically Perfect in Every Way......:grinheart0 -
No i hadn't missed a payment i had a direct debit set up, this started when a statement turned up with estimated interest for the following month, so i called them, the guy said i was only entitled to 9 months interest free, i had the original letter from them welcoming me and saying i had 17months interest free, he then said oh our mistake, i asked him to confirm there would be no interest added, he promised me it wouldn't, but it was, that was a few months back and i have had nothing but problems since. I have been told that i will get a call by friday this week now from a supervisor, i will wait and see i have no faith at all, its unbelievable that every month i ring, every month they assure me they have rectified the mistakes but the next month comes and interest is back on.0

Have you actually put a formal complaint in WRITING enclosing a copy of the letter stating you were entitled to 17 months IF?0
