Tiny Computers

I'd be really interested to hear from anyone who has bought a Tiny computer and had problems with it.
I bought a Tiny PC just before Christmas as a present for my children and in all this time have probably only had about a week's use of it! It's been returned once but still has problems so I sent a recorded delivery letter to Tiny a month ago and have not received a reply (it was signed for on 8th March). Today I've managed to get through to Customer Services but they apparently do not deal with this issue - it's a Liaison Team who can only be contacted by letter. I expressed the view that I didn't think that a lack of response after one month was very good customer service!
HELP - I think I'm going to have to go through the small claims route to get my money returned. If anyone out there has similar experiences please give me some tips.

I saw something about Tiny somewhere else on this board (couldn't find it though after a quick search) - try the technology section. A lot of people seemed to be qute unhappy with their support

JC - Tiny Computers have featured on BBC's Watchdog (Consumer) programme numerous times over the last few weeks. According to BBC Watchdog, they've received 200 letters of complaint from Tiny.com customers regarding serious problems with their systems and equipment.
Here's a link to the BBC Watchdog page on Tiny.com.
I think it would be a good idea to write a letter directly to David Hotson, Head of Customer Care at Tiny.com. He's been interviewed on BBC Watchdog a few times already this year. If you don't get a satisfactory response from him, then I would contact the BBC Watchdog programme. Here's a link to their contact address. Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -
I got a computer from Time who are part of the same company, the CDRom Drive kept going and they were absolutely useless. Really rude customer services and unhelpful.0

Thanks for all of your advice. I feel really fed up about the whole thing because we have had our previous computer for 6 years without any problems at all. Wish we had not bothered to get a new one now!
I will write to the Head of Customer Care at Tiny and see what response I get.0
