You are best explaining that to the buyer who has not got the money either now!! The buyer should not be held responsible or be out of pocket because of an error of judgement that you have made. (And thats coming from a powerseller - the bain of these forums!!)

Remember that paypal disputes can take up to 6 months to resolve - and I speak from experience on that!!

Paypal will simply keep any funds from bogus or fraudulent accounts and pass back to buyers unless you can prove your identity and the proof of delivery for the item.

Of course you have, it's just frozen due to your strange way of trying to get round paypal terms and conditions.

You are already in trouble with paypal if you now cheat your buyers as well you will get the label 'scammer' so fast you won't know what hit you.

If your buyers came on here and asked for advice about how to get their money back or their goods we would now be advising them to start a chargeback ASAP and if that fails either chargeback via their credit card if they funded that way or go to the police and report you as a last resort.

I would recommend you see if there is anyway at all you can refund the money. I know your accounts are frozen but it might just be possible to do a refund. If not ship the goods ASAP, tomorrow preferably, otherwise this is going to get nasty for you.

Definately send the item(s) that your buyers have paid for. You're already in enough trouble as it is. You don't need to make matters worse for yourself.

Of course you have received the money. It isn't your buyers fault you have been caught acting very suspicioulsy on paypal. 2 accounts in false names :eek: Isn't that know as fraud?

Send out your buyers items tomorrow by special delivery preferably and then grovel to paypal.

Yeah punish the buyer because you foolishly set up fraudulent accounts with a financial institution.

That'll gain everyones respect.

And i'm sure it will help your case with Ebay / Paypal too.

Send the items ASAP, and grovel to paypal.
