Hi, Thank you for your replys. It was the judge that threw it out. I understand that I have to pay my costs, but what is getting to me is not being able to claim them back purely because the court order is in the name of the solicitors and not me.
I have emailed [EMAIL="ho.complaints@legalservices.gsi.gov.uk"]ho.complaints@legalservices.gsi.gov.uk[/EMAIL] and they have told me that they are nothing to do with the billing part and that there is nothing they can do.
I have contacted my local MP and he is looking into it, I'm not holding out much hope.
Looks like I'm going to have to grin and bear it.0
