New boiler needed- any help available?

My ex-husbands aunt rang to ask if she could get amy help with replacing a boiler -estimate is £2000. She currently has no heating She is 82 and in poor health.
I've checked and she doesn't qualify for Pension Credit, she might be able to get Attendance Allowance and I'll arrange for her daughter to fill in the form- both live 300 miles from me.
Is there any other help available specifically for boilers. Thanks.

She has an occupational pension of £103 per week and SP of £151 per week. Small amount of savings.
This appears to rule her out on the You Gov calculator.if i had known then what i know now0 -

what about a crisis loan, I don't think you need to be on benefits to get one.0
