Pc Problems - Please Help

Please help. Whenever I used to visit webpages requiring usernames and passwords, the system automatically remembered most of them which saved me having to type them in. A month or so ago, I cannot seem to get my pc to remember any codes. for example, going on quidco, I cannot log in. Whernver I type in my username and password and go to another page, it continues to say I am not logged in. It must be something to do with my cookies but I've tried everything I can think of and nothing works.

My second problem is my mouse pointer. From time to time, it has a mind of its own and drags to different places on the screen without me even touching the pc touchpad. Can qnyoe help? Thank you.
