About to sell a driver, which I listed as collection only, but have been asked for a price to post.
I can get a box and wrap it, no problem ... but which courier to use.
Looking on a couple of 'parcel delivery web sites' I found city link very cheap, but on other sites their reviews are very poor.
Top of reviews was Collectmyparcel, but of course, they too use City Link.
Who should I use ?
If I went through Cmp and things went wrong with CL, who would I have to deal with.
Thank you

I have sold a few drivers and used Royal Mail Standard parcels at £5.30. They should fit into the under 2kg category.
I would not trust them with the likes of Collect + or Myhermes.0 -

It is the length though that might be a problem with RM, depending on how it is boxed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The length is no problem on Standard Parcels, up to 1.5 metres long, however they are too long to go by 1st or 2nd class unless they go in a tube format, even then the limit is 900 mm which is too short for a driver. It is the length though that might be a problem with RM, depending on how it is boxed.
But I have been watching many drivers on ebay where the postage is listed as 1st or 2nd.0 -
I used to sell replica weaponry and Larp items (before the ban on anything at all that can be construed as dangerous) and had terrible trouble with shipping as the items were light but too long for Royal Mail standard services.
I still have lots in storage and virtually no legal way of selling the metal items- although I have just found an outlet for LARP.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I'd just use he cheapest courier broker, with the cheapest courier. Most of them are as bad as each other, and the ones with good reputations recognise this and push their prices up.0
