Dental Treatment costs if wife is on income support?

My wife is on Income support and i get DLA but my wife gets part of the income support because she cares for me so wanted to know if i still get free dental treatment?
im asking as i was claiming IS but then it changed over to my wife so when i was on IS i got it free anyway but just wanted to check that will still be the case now.
