Hotmail contacts to Outlook Express

Is it possible to send all my contacts that are in my hotmail account to outlook express,easily?

If you look at (top of browser page) file/import and see if you can do it. (That is looking at Mozilla browser, it might be under options or something for Internet Explorer. (I don't know if it is possible or not.)
