New ebay seller needs advice please

Hi everyone hope somebody could help me out here ,
sold a polo jeans ralph lauren sunglasses on ebay, buyer received the item yesterday and now he is asking for a full refund including money to send the item back to me , initially he sent me a message to confirm the color of the sunglasses which I told him exactly what it was and then another message about the frame I have been honest through out and told him the sunglasses was in a used but perfect condition so no scratches I have the pictures and all but now the buyer claims that there is scratches and want a refund I replied to him earlier and told him I do not accept returns as mentioned on the listing and item was as described and this is his reply back to me

f you were honest the lens wouldn't have had scratches.I understand you don't accept refunds but as a seller you should understand the ebay policy before you post a item on ebay.Any item on ebay can be refunded if the seller does not match its description therefore i would want a refund or else i would have to take it further to ebay.I myself am a seller off ebay.

Offer him a refund on return of the glasses. He could open up a not as described with ebay or paypal and would need to send them back anyway, but it's easier for you if you make the first move in offering him a refund upon return.

Ask him to send you a photo of the scratches. You should be able to see if they are in fact the same glasses (just in case he's pulling a swap on you).
Or, just let him send them back and refund him. Pain I know but easier than the hassle.

Putting no refunds in the listing information may attract time wasters.

You can not enforce that so pointless putting it.
