1. Participation signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the instructions to this Promotion which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Open to all residents of the UK, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and Debenhams, (together the “Relevant Parties”) and their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, including Fitness 12 Retreats (“F12”). Entrants must be 18 or over.
3. No purchase necessary. Entry to competition is online at https://www.debenhams.com/about-debenhams/competitions, where you will be taken to the Debenhams blog and required to complete an online entry form. Only one entry per person.
4. Promotion period runs from 30th September 2012 to 27th October 2012, the Closing Date. All entries must be received by the Closing Date. Closing Date may be extended at Promoter’s discretion.
5. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not properly completed or not received or received late due to computer or software error or any technical, communication or other problems.
6. One winner will be selected from all valid entries received as soon as reasonably possible after the Closing Date. The winning entry will be selected at random by electronic means. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner will win a 4 day fitness retreat in southern Spain offered by Fitness 12 Retreats. The prize package is worth approximately £1,200 and includes the following:
- Economy class flight from a London airport to Murcia airport and return
- Transfer from Murcia airport to La Manga Clu.
- Four nights accommodation at the La Manga Club, Cartagena, Spain.
- Single room supplement as standard
- Private consultation with Fitness12 nutritionist before winner departs the UK.
- Fitness assessment on arrival
- Three exercise sessions per day
- Personal cardiovascular exercise sessions
- All meals prepared by an Fitness12 private chef to the winner’s tastes
- Seminars on healthy nutrition and individual consultation with F12 nutrition expert
- Access to luxury spa, gym and swimming pools at La Manga Club
- Guided walk through the Clablanque nature reserve
- Transfer from La Manga Club to Murcia airport
8. Prize must be claimed and retreat booked by 30th July 2013, otherwise prize will be forfeited. Winner must be able to take the retreat between [28th October 2012 & 1st June 2013) and is subject to availability. Failure to take the prize between these dates for any reason shall result in loss of the prize and the Promoter may at its discretion choose a substitute winner. 9. The prize does not include anything else, including passenger taxes, travel insurance, massage/spa treatments or any other costs and expenses that may be incurred, which are all the responsibility of the winner to arrange at her own cost. Winner must ensure she has a valid passport for travel and any other travel documents and visas required for Spain.
10. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. In the event of the prize being unavailable at a particular time, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. Disclaimer: Please be advised that there are risks involved in participating in any exercise program. If you are pregnant or suffer from abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disease or any other medical condition, you are advised not to take part in the retreat program without first seeking professional medical advice.
12. Disclaimer: The Relevant Parties shall not be liable in any way and do not accept any responsibility for any act or omission of Fitness 12 Retreats Ltd, La Manga Club or any other third party, for any delays or cancellation or unavailability of any service or facility or for any inconvenience, accident or injury, loss or damage to property or possessions, or for any other loss or liability whatsoever, except for death or personal injury caused by the respective Relevant Party’s own negligence.
13. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner after the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Details of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the Promoter at the address below no earlier than six weeks after the Closing Date, marked “Shock Absorber – F12 Retreat”.
14. The winner may be required to participate in publicity at the Promoter’s sole discretion, including use of her name, geographic location and pictures and entry into the Promotion signifies the winner’s irrevocable consent to such use.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions and reject entries from entrants that it deems, in its sole discretion, are not entering into the spirit of the Promotion.
