redundancy advice

hi all, looking for a bit of advice (don't hold out much hope though),on May 31st the firm i was working for called in the administrators, and about 70 people was laid off, after that orders picked up a bit and about 8 or 9 of the people laid off was offered their jobs back, yesterday after 2 potential buyers have pulled out, the adminstrators let another 26 people go, me being one of them, but they kept on the people they had re-employed, admittedly they are on less money than myself, i just wondered if i had any chance of some kind of appeal, if not, oh well, but that's life

  • I would speak to citizen advice, you don't have to go in, just google your local office and give them a call. They will be able to give you some sound advice.
