Capital One Aspire application timescale

Just looking for a bit of reassurance!

I applied for the Capital One Aspire card 2 weeks ago today (to take advantage of the 5% CB for Christmas spending).

I phoned them today just to check on the application as have received nothing and the advisor told me that I had been accepted with a generous credit limit. He said I should have received the T&Cs through the post already. He said he would resend them, then send the credit agreement for me to sign (even though I signed this online already) and that my card and pin would later follow.

Is it normal to take this long? (I've only one credit card from my own bank which only took a few days to arrive).

Thanks
