Natwest Graduate Account - Railcard & Interest free overdraft

I have tried asking in branch and over the phone but I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone so I was wondering if someone here had already got the answer.
I had a Natwest student account for 3 years that has recently turned to a Graduate account (about 2 weeks ago).
I last received a Railcard in June which is valid til June 2013.
My question: they "owe" me one more railcard I believe (5 years IIRC)...now that I no longer have a student account, will I still receive it?
In regards to the Interest free overdraft, what are the terms an conditions for keeping this interest free? Do I have to make a certain number of transactions on my account? I know this gets reduced every year. I no longer use this as my main account so wanted to setup some standing orders to meet the conditions properly so I can keep this interest free. It is to be used as my backup account.

why should you be entitled to another rail card?
there is only a 1 year card and a 3 year card, So where are you getting 5 years from.
If your 24 you can get a 3 year card to make it last longer i guess.0 -
Because I signed up to the account when it was advertised with a free 5 year railcard.0

The rail card will come each year until the five years is up- dependant on the account still being open.
With the OD, conditions remain the same on the account. You should have received a couple of letters last year about minimum funding but I think its 3 transactions and around £700 in every 6 months. They set it as every 3 months and then back tracked to the other if i remember correctly.
Still have my 2K OD interest free although I graduated in '10!! Not heard a peep other than the above issue from Natwest. Handy to have really.. although its all paid off now.
Why the confrontational remarks from pcombo- you don't know what he's talking about so there is no need to act like he's talking bull.... Btw my last one was actually valid for 2 years...0 -
You should get whatever the deal was when you signed up. My elder was offered a rail card for 5 years and the 5th one arrived recently. Younger son has just started at uni and signed up for the student account and the offer is now for 4 years and restricted to those that already had a NatWest account.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
