Meter needs changing due to fault but just changed suppliers

The new supplier might contract to a new Meter Operator so I don't think anything will be getting passed anywhere.

Its the suppliers responsibility, not a customers and the Meter Operator will just tell you speak to them.

I think Eon have got a policy to inform customers they can't investigate a meter problem due to the switch...which is good, but they are giving out incorrect advice on the "how's".

Eon reps - any chance of feeding it back to improve it? Its good though, some suppliers would just wash their hands of it.
