Hi,
We are looking for some lubricating oil for a sewing machine. Just wondering can you use any oil or does it have to be the oils sold specifically for sewing machines? Can anyone recommend a cheap source for buying this online? Many thanks.

Just light machine oil really

Any diy / sewing stalls in local market etc - probably Asda.0 -
3 in 1 oil has been used for years ..good luck ,as previous any light machine oil look pound strecher ect, 3 in 1 good but you pay for brand name.0

3 in 1 says what it does on the tin,wife has used it since cave times on her succession of machines,why change a winning formula for the price of a bad pint?0

3 in 1 and make sure you run some scraps of material through the machine to soak up any excess / drips.0
