Hi Guys
ive flown with Jet2 before no problems for me lovely airline.
My partner and I are going Alicante in April, booked flights etc and i also booked i suitcase into the hold. We recently came back off our hold where almost every couple had their luggage in their hand luggage. We could probably fit ours in a hand luggage too as only going for 5 days so would like to cancel the booking for the suitcase,
does anyone have an email address for jet2 as the call centre call costs bit high!!
thanks in advance

You will most likely find that any payments for flight extras (along with the flights themselves) are non-refundable. The only exception to is usually when a flight is either cancelled or significantly delayed (3 hours+).0
