Apologies if this has been covered previously. I've had a quick search but not sure what keywords to use so not had a good response.
My listings exclude bids from certain countries. I think it's possible to add individual bidders from these countries to a list that allows them to bid.
I just can't find how to do this - could anyone give me the link to the relevant EBay page please.

Go to 'buyer requirements exemption list' - if you put that into the help page it will give you the info you need...0 -
