I am off to Oban in Scotland this weekend, for my weekend competition win. Very excited about country walks, nice pubs and the massages I have booked me and my hubby in for!

Nice to see you in here. Everyone is very friendly. Weather is still nice here but due to get a bit colder so hopefully Oban will be the same.

Postman just brought my Florabotanica Balenciaga Perfume :j Not opened it as I have quite a few on the go at the moment. He also brought a little Redken colour extend hair spray and a book "Whats Left of Me" - don't know where either of those came from but will have to search later.
DH is moaning at me to go out a walk so had better move.

Becks, that looks delicious! You've just reminded me that I've got some toffee crumble ice lollies (hidden in a chip bag away from son ) in freezer! Think I'll have one!

Fire**fly, it's stopped raining here so far but we're supposed to be expecting arctic weather! _pale_ time to get the woollies out!
My bro and his family done the right thing...they've gone to Tunisia yesterday! It's their DD's 16th birthday and she has to go to great ormond street soon so they're getting away while they can

The weather forecast for this weekend isn't looking great, but fingers crossed anyway!! I will be taking lots of layers with me!

Off to town soon. Need a few birthday bits and post a couple of cards... Plus DH is moaning he hasn't been out the house all week (his own fault in a way as no one stops him but he is reluctant to go out so much on his own these days withhis eye)

Was kind of hoping i could hold it off a little while til postie has been (i want to see if he brings my redeliveries) but hubby is getting impatient at me :rotfl:

Love the pic wingo, I've sent it to DH. It is very much like Cooper, he does that stare too, it can be embarrassing when you're out with him and he suddenly 'plants' his feet and just stares at someone in their garden.

DH is asleep between nights so I can't possibly hoover in case I wake him That's my excuse anyway.

Just had an email from my DD, she does make me laugh, thought I would share this part and hope it amuses you as well:

Amusing point of the morning was the issuing of the new Gazette (the work e-paper). On the 'what's on' page, there is apparently an event at Samphire Hoe which (according to the Gazette) is called "King Lear Struts His Stiff" I had to google and there was a certain amount of disappointment in the office when it will in fact be his stuff that is being strutted.

I can never get the Hoover out when hubby has been on nights. Any little noise and he moans! I even bought some earplugs but he left them on the floor and the dog found them and ate them!

Sorry not been around this morning. Doing the and cleaning as we are going to travel to see younges DD and SIL ad DGK as we haven't seen them for about three months.


That icecream looks yummy yummy becks, I love icecream and can eat it even if I shiver eating it.

Well godd afternoon my wee chickadees , long time no chat ! I kinda only lurk at the mo but hope everyone is ok xxxx Just wanted to give a wee heads up regarding The List comps , ( not sure where I'm supposed to post these things these days ! ) They rang my mobile yesterday but I was driving so couldn't answer , got home and called them back .... took me a whole 8 1/2 mins to do so .... only to be told it was one of their comps I'd won , but they give the prize to the first person to answer their phone ! Wee bit gutted but hey ho , just thought I'd let y'all know incase u win ..... get someone to answer for you !!!!!
Any ways , back off to lurking xxx I shall be back ;o)

See what you should do is hoover then wear the earplugs yourself and you won't hear him moaning
