It wasn't a bad day Sheils, it's just everything seemed to happen all at once today. DD had a nice time she said they got about four hours around Edingburgh before coming home.

had updates to load & couldn't get on to mse while doing then kept getting the 502 :eek:
seems ok now though :j

ahhh just seen in site feedback a few others were getting the 502 as well :eek: glad it wasn't just me

I saw on fb that people were getting bad gateway too but it was fine when I came on here.

I got an invitation posted today for a christening for us all but it just says Charlie's christening on the invite, no other names. I haven't got a scooby doo who it is! I don't know anyone who has a baby boy lately and neither does hubby! I don't want to turn up to a christening I don't know!

Ugh more bad news about that ++++ house that I'm trying to sell. One guy offered us £17000 as he'd seen it from the outside. Hmmm whatever. The council tax bill came today for that property and since they have done away with empty property deduction they want me to pay full council tax on the house. Don't even get single occupancy for it as none lives in it but I'm not using any of things its paying for. Don't have a bin as it got nicked from the property so no rubbish collection, the roads I already pay for with the council tax that I pay on my own house as I live in the same district. I wouldn't mind pay for the police and fire brigade but full council tax when I'm trying to sell it and can't rent it out as I'm trying to sell it. Bloody cheek. £100 a month for nothing!! I know they are trying to catch out landlords who are driving down the prices by keeping properties empty but the problem is the fact these landlords have done this is the reason I couldn't sell my house in first place so ended become a landlord just to pay the mortgage as couldn't live in the area any longer.

I'm getting so disheartened by it all as more than £25000 of inheritance is going on this house to get rid can't afford to take £17000 for it as got a mortgage on it and don't get me started on the estate agents that keep asking can you take this person round as they want to view it at 1 on a Saturday and we close at 12 or this person wants to see it at 6.30 and we close at 5.30. What the heck am I paying them for? One really don't want to go round to the house as I want to cry when I look at it as it's not the home I once knew and the skanks that live in the neighbours ugh Two I have a LO whos three months old and no I'm not taking her round there late at night in the dark when I moved away from there for a reason! Three I feel like saying do your :mad: job! but can't otherwise they won't sell and they have a stupid clause where I can't go to anyone else for another 4 months as if I do and I sell my property I owe them £4200 as they "did all the work". UGH UGH UGH Rant over!

Not been on Facebook today so haven't noticed the bad gateway thing. If I had, I probably would think it was my PC as keep getting proxy error on various websites. Stupid Windows 8!

Wingo - Bless your DD! Can't believe none sat with her. Kids can be so cruel and they don't always realise it. The kids that ignored me like the plague at school added me on Facebook and said how great I look now and how skinny I look. Hmmm haven't changed a bit from when I was at school and am actually fatter than I was at school and now you want to talk to me. I agreed with Sheils, popular kids have no clue how lucky they are. At least she had a nice time.

A bit random getting an invite for a christening and you don't know who they are.

Sheils - mmmmm cake! OH does all the cooking in our house. I can cook but hate it. Also all the recipes I can cook really well, my OH hates. Currys, lots of Chinese meals, Lasagne.

Well haven't done any comping today as been painting the kitchen doors. Not much left to do. Will be glad when I've finished it all. :j

Sorry but that is so funny :rotfl::rotfl:Take it none of the rest of your family or your DH's work mates have had one too?

Hope your house gets sorted out soon nicole. DH had one when we met and it was a hassle selling it even in those days ( nearly 20 years ago) People wanted it for nothing.
