I got my trainers in Lockerbie so didn't go to Gretna after all. Went shopping at Tesco with my £5 off £40 and several other vouchers - so complicated using all the vouchers! Had a 5p off petrol to use too.
DD has made a lovely Easter cake at school so looking forward to having a piece of that after dinner.

No wins for me today but tomorrow is a new day and all that. Had a couple of phone calls about work and was actually a little disappointed they weren't comp wins

Cake was really,really good! Yes everyone in the family can cook - no wonder I find it hard to lose weight.

Glad you got your trainers Sheils that's good that your DD is following in the boys footsteps!

Well it's been a roller coaster day! The garage near me got done over apparently today and my friends dad passed away earlier too.
I went to dads for him to moan non stop about the budget! I wish I hasn't popped in!
DD is on her way home now but I had to wait for son coming in from footie so couldn't get her from the school. She has texted me non stop bless her but she was sat on her own on journey I guess no one would sit next to her as usual! She always gets left out poor kid.
Nothing in post for me but like EmmaP says...there's always tomorrow!

Sounds like you haven't had a great day wingo. Hope your DD enjoyed herself anyway. It would be a long day for her. Popular kids don't know how lucky they are.
DD doesn't want to be a chef but she does like cooking and baking.
