Thank you sylv, it really shook me up and to be honest i don't feel awful well at the moment. It gave me such a fright, my son god bless him has given me a baseball bat to keep my side and yes, I would have no hesitation in using it!!! Keep checking everything is locked up, and safe now. They just gave me such a scare!!! I know now they were genuine elec peeps but however their tactics scared the life out of me!!!! :eek:

Puddy is still cowering upstairs, just trying to tempt her down with a treat or two.

Thank god I have my family visiting this weekend, will make me feel better and give me a boost! xxxxxxxx

I have just booked a bargain, a Premier Inn at Millenium Bridge, Newcastle for £25 in late April. It has free parking and is only a 15 min walk into the centre. I have never been into Newcastle Centre before so looking forward to it. There was only the one date at that price so booked it quickly. We decide where to go when we see the prices not the other way round.:D

You are bound to get wins soon ILC and Becks. It is horrible when you feel your luck has left you. I am spending too much time searching for holidays at the moment but that is my main interest, closely followed by comps of course.

I come bearing good news (well, for me anyway. ) I did something monumental today (again, for me anyway )

Today I had a tooth out and a filling at the dentist WITHOUT sedation!

Now, anyone who knows me will know that I am terrified of the dentist. I just hate having my mouth played with. It freaks me out! I hate the needle and the sensations and...well...eurgh!

Anyway, I had been dreading my appointment today. I had to rearrange as I wasn't well enough to go last time. I was dead set on asking him to refer me to the Dental Access Centre but at the last moment decided to try anyway...and I managed it! I have no idea what I was so worried about. The filling was a spare of the moment thing and he asked if I would be okay having it done and I reluctantly agreed but it was all okay. I know that it's not a big deal to alot of people but it's an achievement for me. Hubby said that he's going to treat me to the pair of slippers I've been lusting over (you know you have M.E when slippers and PJs get you excited. :rotfl:)

Aw Alfie I hate being in the dark too. Sounds like you & puddy had a real scare ((hugs)). My neighbours often order a late night pizza and they're always banging on our door late at night getting wrong address. It scares me when hubby is on nights.

ILC, I didn't watch the live stream, hubby entered it with his name but forgot he entered on my fb page. He forgot to press like on his own so no point me watching tonight's!

Sheils, glad you got another bargain break :T lots of people say Eldon square is better than metro centre, although I've never been to Eldon square!

The iPads running a bit slow for me today, I keep making mistakes.

LadyM....well done you! :T it is a big deal when you're scared, my nephew used to be the same. I much prefer my slippers & pj's too! (a sign of me getting old! )
