    Morning everyone :)

Bit overcast here, hoping it will clear as planning a wee run down the coast to Seamill for lunch.

    Have a good Saturday all
  • Morning everyone! Need to get an hours comping in before I go and paint (with chalk paint no smell and fine to do with LO around). Mums coming around to help me whilst daddy looks after LO. It's a lovely day so he might take her out for a walk. It's always better weather when he takes her out. I took out yesterday and it was raining :( lol

Have a good day everyone off to tackle some pages!

Well day not going to badly. Postman brought my Dry Shampoo from Tuesdays Clean Campaign comp and a Danepak fridge magnet. Tesco have finally added my stolen vouchers back into my account as points so will get them in May.(Had to phone them again yesterday)
DD got the job but they don't need her until Easter so she is a bit disappointed. She thought she might have got working all day today but it is really quiet at Chocolate factory as the Ice Cream making activity place nearby has a free open weekend.
Hope everyone is enjoying their day.

Thanks , will do FF! She really needs something to do to keep her occupied and she really wants more money too. Lots of her friends are looking for weekend/holiday jobs too and some of them said they wouldn't want that one as you have to wear a hairnet and aren't allowed too much make-up! Can see what peeps mean when they say todays youngsters aren't prepared for a working life.

    Good afternoon everyone,

Congrats to your DD getting the job Sheils, I know how difficult it is to actually find a job, so she has done well :) I'm sure she'll love it. She's lucky she can take a job with any hours, a bit of extra money will be great! :)

I have won some cake-pops for my mum for mothers day, really cute ones too. :) So that has cheered me up :D

Really sunny here today, but ever so cold, hope it doesn't stay like that. Want it to be warm so I don't have to wear such a thick coat when I'm out and about :)

Hope the rest of the day is good to you all. Postie bought me contact lenses and a fascinator that was my 'surprise' which is really pretty.

Ooh hope it goes well today Wingo, I'm sure youll be great :)

That's brilliant Sheils! Well done to your DD :T it will be a great experience for her when she leaves school :)

Today was great but busy and very challenging children. It is what I was used to with the school so I wasn't phased by it. :) my dd was sick again when I got back, was going to ask hubby to take us all to sea side for some sea air but he's just got back from getting sons haircut and sons deeply upset cos they've cut it too short. It took him ages to grow it. :o trying to reassure him it's lovely and will grow soon again!

Nothing in post just my contact lenses. ;) any parcels for anyone else?

Well done nelie :) :j funny how we both got our contact lenses today! :D
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Well done on the cake-pops and fascinator nelie.

Sounds like you did well wingo. I hate it when hairdresser cuts my hair too short too so sympathise with you DS. Hope your DD feels well soon.It is a worry when they are ill.

I have booked my second night for our break. So it is Lancaster Premier Inn tomorrow night and a nice (I hope) hotel in Grange over Sands for Monday night. Just hope house will be Ok when I leave DS & DD! Will be visiting Morcambe and some of the Lakes so should be fairly varied. DH insists on buying pies from Higginsons in Grange when we are in that area so that will make things easier for doing that. They are wonderful award winning pies. Going to have a change and go north next break. Going north actually takes us a lot longer incase anyone wonders why we usually head south.

Hi everyone. Well done to all the Inners Winners. Sheils you are doing amazingly well with the prizes. Long may it continue.
Alfie I think my computer and yours are having the same bother. I find my computer very slow (only 7 months old). Mine also kept cutting out after a few minutes. I find it so annoying and stopped using it for awhile as I didn't have the patience.

Just as an experiment last night I tested every site I went onto for viruses. Sorry to say MSE give me 2, The Sun give me 10, AOL give me 4 and Googlemail also give me some. After visiting each site I ran a security scan on my laptop and it discovered them and resolved them.

Not doing as many comps, not winning any comps, surprise, surprise but still pop in now and again to catch up with all the news in the Inn.

Those virus' are not good Dreams. :/ It's shocking how many sites come up with warning. I kind of look past it now I have my Mac. (I know I shoudn't)

Just received an email informing me my PeyPal account will be suspended :rotfl: and that PayPel is located in Japan. Haha, I love the two versions!

I told my Mum something was coming for her and not to open it, and she said, Oh win something for yourself I feel bad :P Aha I wish I could!

Hope your DD is feeling better Firefly - It might be a bug or something, or the food, you wouldn't believe the food they used to serve us at times!

Hope you're all having lovely evenings. :) x
