Mrs. Browns Boys is the only tv programme to look forward to this coming week.
Stupid Corrie story Gail and Lewis. Is it another set-up? (he made £££ from selling his watch and Gail buying it back)

    Morning all

Feeling a little flustered this morning as had a lie in, a bacon sandwich and was just reading the paper when I noticed a Times hourly  Have posted it now but it means everyone will have missed the first two hours.

Mind you, it's for fitness equipment so not sure that any of us in the Inn will be interested :rotfl:It's here just in case.

Will have to go off and check every page of the paper in case it mentions another one tomorrow.

Not long got up, still full of cold and not suffering quietly I am afraid. DH has it as well but always suffers in silence.

SueM Thanks for the Times comp, dont worry about it being late you know what they say better late than never and all that. Grateful for all you input.

FireFly so pleased you had a good night out. It would be good if you booked some of the days out etc this year I am sure you would enjoy them.

Sheils hope you manage to get your ironing done ready for DS coming.

Alfie - I need to get the duster out too as Sister and DD1 + family are all coming for lunch tomorrow.

iluvcats, come on I want to see you on the medals list soon and hope you won't have to wait long.

Indie hope you manage to catch up and get some rest while you are off.

Wingo bet you are busy today. Are the kids going back to school on Monday like our or are they already back. One of our GD's are not back until Tuesday so we will be looking after her while DD is at Uni.

Hope you all have a lovely day

Some fairy dust for those still waiting for a NY win

G'Day all, first chance I've had to get in as we were up and out early to Mr Ms' for the weekly shop. I don't mind the shopping, it's the putting it all away when we get back that I hate. I swear my fridge and freezer shrink between shops. There never seems to be enough room.

DD & DH are upstairs on the PC at the moment setting up his new phone. He treated himself to an iPhone 5 this week. Total waste of money IMO but I wouldn't tell him that, he works hard and could have retired but chose to continue working, so if he wants to treat himself who am I to complain. He doesn't deny me anything if it's in his power, I'm very lucky.

Thanks for the Times comp SueM, DD would like that as she's started a new diet this morning in readiness for her comp win trip to Grenada (16 weeks time). DH has promised her £10 for every 1lb that she loses before she goes, I don't think that he realises how much that could be bless him :) Good luck to her.

She weighed this morning, then weighed again holding Finlay and he weighs exactly 1 stone, double what he was 3 weeks ago, little porker.

Have a good day everyone :)

FireFly - well done you, wish I had not flabby bits, nearly made a type there and put *its. Got them as well!

B.Sue - your Finlay will soon be heavier than my two weighing in at about 13lb and 6lb. He is doing really well.

Anybody tried the breakfast biscuits? They are suppose to fill you up / keep hunger @ bay, but even after a second helping I could still eat a scabby dog!

Glad people are getting their prizes and FF had a good nite out.

(I woke up all dizzy as if I'd be out on the razz! Might be cos forgot to turn the thermostat down or slept oddly) So weirdly mild today.

Hello Grace and welcome! Hope you like it here.

Thanks for spiral pic ILC it makes me feel really dizzy! (or should I say dizzier)

Been entering the Times comp SueM, thank you. Usually just walk for excercise but if I won something I would try it out.

Been moaning like anything about Amazon sending my new camera by Yodel as they estimated Tues delivery but it arrived today so only about a day or so longer than RM would have taken. It is really cute and really purple. Will try and find a pic to show you.

Welcome mum123 hope you enjoy it on here.

Camera looks nice Sheils - hope to see some pics soon.

Iiluvcats - when you say breakfast biscuits do you mean the ones that are supposed to be like cereal and milk. I have those every day when I can get them on offer. I have them with my cuppa as not a good breakfast person. I suppose if you are used to having a more substantial breakfast they are not so good though but I love them.

Miserable day here hope its better tomorrow. Still full of cold, nose streaming and eyes running so not much fun comping at the moment.

Got a nice pork casserole in the slow cooker so looking forward to that.
