FiftyPents I used to enter all the comps that appealed to me posted each day but now it's just a case of scrolling through to enter some, maybe occasionally end of month comps!

Good morning,

Glad you had a good time FF. We should really go out more but tend to stick to our breaks. It takes about 15 mins to walk into town and taxis are expensive if it happens to rain. (no buses here at night)
I slept in again too.
Hope everyone has a lucky day. I will need to get DS2s room ready and the ironing up to date.

hiya sheils :j suppose we're lucky here, the residents always hire the minibus to take us all there & back, they have lots of days out always planned in the year but i've only been on one of them so far when we first moved here, they go all over diff places, markets/fairs/weekends away etc, group of them went to Yarmouth for a turkey & tinsel week just before christmas & they do them reg, am thinking to maybe join in this year more with them :j
have to wait in for food delivery today so will be catching up on housework bits as well :eek::eek:

Postman has just been and brought me a Waterstones book (Lost and Found) and my Radio Caroline Prize - a "Twilight" DVD. Have never watched "Twilight" so looking forward to it. DD will be pleased. A pile of Caravan Holiday brochures have arrived too but don't think we will be having a caravan holiday this year as they are too expensive for 2 people.

Sounds good FF. Would have liked the Yarmouth week - haven't been there for a few years.

Glad you had a wonderful evening ff - over xmas my lovely daughter, son in law and son and me went out for meals here and there inbetween the lovely meals they dished up. It was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere in the pubs/restaurants - everyone was so happy and........ my son had a fab xmas themed jumper (they seemed to be all the rage this xmas) (i can remember val doonican on his rocking chair with his lovely array of jumpers!!:o). Lol! Saw a guy wearing the same jumper in one of the restaurants and also Stephen Fry chose to wear the same for his xmas special programme!!!! As I said to my son, they have all got pretty good taste then love!!!

Hugs to BS and Syliv who are getting over nasty colds and virus. Hope you are feeling a wee bit better today.

Busy day today, no walking as its too wet, but lots to do indoors. Don't know where to start really :eek: Oh well, maybe a coffee first!!!!

Got some family coming today .............. so wee bit of tidying up going on!!!

ILC's - loving your pics of the puddy cat pen pincher!!!!! My daughters beautiful tom and my lovely wee puddy girl (brother and sister) are now it seems in ca(t)hoots!!!!! I have no pens left, they have nicked them all!!!! Where are they? Have no idea!!!! Down to a blunt pencil now!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Mrs. Brown's Boys New Years day was the funniest. (Christmas alright but less laughs) I watch them all twice in case I miss anything.



Doing more competitions in a row can be speedier as Firefox can remember the form data. It took me from 7am to tea-time Friday to catch-up. Look forward to my FIRST WIN of 2013, still a virgin, haven't been touched by a NY win yet!.
