I've no idea if this is the right place to post this or not but I'm sure if it'd fit better somewhere else someone will point it out. I've been working my way through a local quiz (it's not worth posting the full details as you need an entry form and I've no idea where you'd get one from now.) and have found myself stuck on a couple of questions. I thought it might be worth picking MSErs grey matter. The two questions I'm having problems with are:

She insists on joke gifts at christmas.(3,5)

    and

A fictional character to help deliver our greetings. (3,8)

All the questions and answers are Christmas related. Bob Cratchit has been suggested for the second but I'm not sure that it's correct.

    Thanks for any help.

They're posers aren't they? Can't think of anything I'm afraid. Bob Cratchit would fit but doesn't really make any sense does it?

Great bargains today Becks. Don't get to do the £30 deal as we live too far away from Morrisons.

Well done on the coffe win ILC. Which comp was that?

Think the Kellogs Variety Comp is dishing out loads of vouchers today Sylvia as it is coming to an end. Just entered DH and he won too. I won one the other week and claimed it today. Hope your sister has a speedy recovery.

Hope your packet comes soon Walwin - mine came at 9am this morning! They just opened front door ,threw it in and left.

    Raspberry perfume sounds different Sue.

Sorry Midnighter - I am useless at those sort of things.

Hope you are enjoying your walks FF.

I think it's Little Miss Fun rather than Funny. Thanks though.

Other's are falling for the Kobo (Pringles) £5 one spend policy and getting short changed. Cheeky you only find out when it's too late!

Congrats on the wee wins, attempting the ironing, delivery turning up at last, book receipt, discovering a new Black Raspberry Liqueur Eau du Cologne!
