Morning all,

I am up early trying to catch up a little! The smoke alarm just went off a few minutes ago making me nearly jump out of my skin. No sign of any fire so take it the battery must be running out.
Only a week to go until Xmas - it just doesn't feel like it. Think it is because I am usually getting DS1s bedroom ready for him and for the first time ever he won't be coming. I envy him spending Xmas in the sun but just hope he has plenty of company. We are going to be in touch on Skype.

Sheils my sister was away last christmas it was a bit sad as when we rang there were tear as she was homesick a bit. She said turkey on the beach just wasnt the same ... Cant have put her off that much though as she is off again in january

I am not enjoying working so many hours... Sounds silly as its only 18mths since i was working full time and i managed then but the full days are tiring me out... Doesnt help though i have been in kiosk ao on my feet all day. Hopwfully today i will be on a till.

Postman just brought me a Kohl Dust from the Stella Comp which I didn't have a WEM for. Something else for DDs stocking.
I spent my iTunes voucher this morning though before she spent that! Got an old Gilbert O'Sullivan CD "I'm a Writer not a Fighter" which has lots of old favourites on it and Slades " Merry Xmas everyone". Really showing my age.:rotfl:

Think that is on Rod Stewart's latest CD. I thought about buying that one but scared someone might have bought it for me for Xmas. Have also been entering a few comps to win it.

Just wondering if one of 2 WEMs I got for Glamour Gloves should have been for Kohl Dust. Didn't enter it twice so thought it was just an error.

I only had one WEM off Stella for body moisturiser or something, will see what turns up!
