My DD has a mountain of gifts sitting wrapped for her friends too Sylvia.She gets spare make-up wins etc from me to make some of them up which saves her money. Hope your washing machine doesn't take too long to come. I had to wait forever for a blu-ray player last year so I know what its like. When it did eventually come I didn't have the right connecter for it either so had to wait on that arriving from Amazon before I could use it!

Phew Advents and Dailies are done, no regular comps though So as of tomorrow I will be just one day ahead.

DH made me laugh earlier, we were talking about the pup and I said that I couldn't remember at what age they were neutered. He said that I just needed to give it one of my looks, it had made his own disappear straight away

I have wrapping to do but can't be bothered tonight i am freezing. Does anyone know where i can get a nice reasonably priced tea selection for MIL. Thinking i need to look at whittards buti only have one day off work before christmas now and that is going to be spent at nans helping her clean again. Maybe i can just get a few different ones from Morrisons and box thm all up together.

Becks, I think that's a good idea, getting a nice selection, maybe get a nice cup and saucer or mug and make a little hamper up, maybe put it in a box or basket.

Sheils, she is up to 13 friends so far. Thats a good idea will try and put stuff put by for her for next year.


Will need to get down to some serious comping tomorrow to get ahead again.

It usually says what you have won in the red box. If he hasn't won anything before it will probably be the speakers .

It normally tells you want you have won and then you claim it. (go get it) If the Speakers you would have had to insert your address. E-code claim links would be emailed immediately of within a few days. Games you play there and then


My Zinio code worked, for safety I ordered 3 mags around £7 and the balance is showing in my Zinio acct. There is a huge choice of single or bundle subscriptions.
(my Pringles email said use towards a subscription but I chanced individual mags)

BSue - your comment about the look :eek: and castration absolutely creased me up. :rotfl::rotfl: I think I have the same 'look' sometimes, it works when necessary :rotfl::rotfl:!!!

Must have been cold here through the night brrrrrrr cos cat took over a lovely Scottish wool blanket I have on my bed, redesigned it, made a wee nest and never moved all night.

Didn't have the heart to turf her off, (am I soft ....... yep) so had to sleep in all sorts of strange positions round her!! I'm a tad stiff today but she's fine!!!!! May review the situation tonight!!!!!

Rather chilly here with rain indicated on my ole weather station.

Up early as expecting a delivery. Hope they come early as wary of doing anything that impedes hearing the door chime and getting there intime!



Alfie, cats have the life. I give mine 1/2 the bed and end up on the edge of the bed and duvet!!
