Aw that's a shame Becks! Means waiting even longer for it, you'd think they would ask wouldn't you! Me & hubby have separate accounts as he is totally different to me with buying gifts etc! Whereas he spends lots on expensive clothes!
Enjoy your day with the family Sylvia
I agree with you Becky, will be glad when bonfire night is over too!
That's a relief for your DH Suehe can stop worrying now!
No rain here yet fire**fly, Infact I've had to open windows as its warm in house!

Just managed to hobble over to neighbour's, was determined to try it today (just across courtyard so not far) - my god, it felt good to get out and breathe in fresh air!!! Had a lovely cup of coffee with them and wonderful chat. Such super pals, all of them are, can't thank them enough.:T:T:T !!!! Back relaxing on settee now and catching up in the inn!!!!
I'm ok as long as i concentrate on the walking and don't over do things.Trouble is, i'm an independent soul, (take after my dear mum god bless her soul) always have been, and in a way, my positive attitude and way of thinking and getting better, helps me. Mind over matter. Hit the painkillers on the head, no need for them. I find, although rather stiff in the joints in the morning when waking, the more i totter round on the crutches, the better i feel. Do leg exercises as prescribed by physio guy - seems to be helping.
No break dancing or running the marathon for a while but hey ho!!!:D
I have ways of getting round things now to get things done (very unconventional but it works!!!;)). Lol!!!!
Itching to get out and work in the gardenbut I know that's a no no
. However, happy enough to sit by patio doors and watch the !!!!!! birds feeding.
............. for the time being!!!

A.Blue - glad you managed to get out for a coffee and chat, it will have done you good, change of scene and all that. Glad you SIL got back Ok as well.
Becks, what a nuisance the cheque thing, they are so fussy these days at the bank as well. Suppose you will have to wait - again!BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
yes we have to wait. we rang the phone bank who said it would be fine if we were both in branch and both signed back of cheque when it was paid in. Went to branch and branch manager said they can't do it as it has to be an account with both names on...she was rather miffed when i took the cheque off her and told her i didn;t want the joint account she was all up for setting up :rotfl: so now need to ring them and ask them for another cheque or bank transfer.£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120
