Help needed please

Can anyone tell me what I can do about this........

The system DLL user 32 dll was relocated in memory the application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL c:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLL'S. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

How do I know who the vendor is this occured after installing a download through windows automatic updates.
