An internet radio & wifi are essential when going abroad.
Other radios are a waste of time except for receiving BBC world service.

I recently took my Roberts Sports 995FM Stereo/AM to the Costa Brava and could not find 1 English speaking programme.
I only have a very Basic Mobile Phone.
