Admiral car insurance - call centre closed today?

Trying to call Admiral to add a temporary additional driver - despite the recorded message saying they're open 10-4, I get "sorry, our offices are closed". (trying at 10.25am)

Will they be closed due to it being Easter Sunday? I thought it tended just to be shops that closed, and also the customer service centre is somewhere in India so I'd have thought they wouldn't observe the holiday anyway...

Their main call centre is in Cardiff!!!

Pretty sure they are closed today but open on bank holidays. Want me to text my mate and ask?
