Before my new laptop gets thrown out of the window... lol!

Can anyone help? I'm not used to a mouse that guesses what you want to do. If i want to scroll down the page, it occasionally 'sticks' and then gives me a little box with arrows on it for easier scrolling (i guess) BUT I COULD HAVE ALREADY SCROLLED DOWN MYSELF BY THEN IF IT HAD LET ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol!

Also it seems to guess when i want the screen enlarged, etc....right now the screen if really enlarged.....i didn't want it to do that.....is there anyway you can turn off this function of the mouse trying to act intelligent?

thanks for any help :D

    A mouse or a touchpad?

Go into touchpad settings, often via an icon near the clock, and turn off scrolling etc.

    Use one finger, not two
