Bank Transfer

Hi, i'm buying something off a forum and the seller has requested I either use Bank transfer or Paypal gift methos of payment. If I did either, am I protected if the item is INR or SNAD? Thank you

Depends on the forum and their reputation on it. I buy from a few different ones and always pay by BT or PPG, but only if they are trusted members and sellers. Equally I sell on them too because I have a good reputation on them.
These are large forums, but you have to watch out for the new members who try and sell high value goods just to rip you off.
