Best CC for paying off overdraft

Have been reading various threads on here about getting debt free and was wandering if its possible to use a CC to clear my overdraft?
I am usually between £600-700 a month overdrawn (wages paid calender monthly and have a £1000 overdraft limit) so my plan is to get a 0% CC and use this card for a full month rather than use my debit card. This should help clear my overdraft, give me an idea on what i actually spend on and also allow me a bit of time to clear off the overdraft at 0% APR.
Anyone else done this or is there another way?

the principle is OK and if you are paying interest and / or fees then transfering the debt to a 0% card will help.
all assuming you can get a 0% card.

however you will need to reduce your spending and pay off the CC before the 0% deal runs out

try using a budget tool to help find out where money goes : try

and start a spending diary (today) and write down absolutely everything you spend to find out exactly where every penny goes.
