Which months of the year are Not best to build an outide exterior wall?

Any month when the temperature is likely to be below 3 degrees and rising or holding at 5 degrees. If it's facework you would ideally avoid rainy months however that seems to be most of them at the moment. Depending on the nature of the work it is possible to construct enclosures etc.
BTW, cement doesn't dry, its cures or "goes off" sorry pedantic I knowSome people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0 -
You could use a product like this and simply cover the new brickwork with a tarpaulin to stop the effects of any rain.
