Mistake in link for free will service

Options
In the section of MSE entitled 'Free & Cheap Wills', my partner used the link to Cancer Research UK in order to draw up a will for free.

There was a voucher code to type in when ordering your will and the price would be reduced to zero. However, this didn't happen and he was charged the full amount. This is because the Cancer Research UK site instructs you to choose 'Comprehensive will' for either a married or unmarried person. This is incorrect information.

Luckily Nelsons, the online lawyer we linked through to, has refunded the money - and explained that Comprehensive wills are not covered by the offer, only standard ones. We have been unable to find a contact person who can do anything about this problem on the Cancer UK site, but we didn't want other people to be charged £149 for something that is supposed to be free! So we wondered if you could be of any help with regards to rectifying it.

Thanks.

You'd probably be best contacting cancer research uk directly because, as you say, that is the information they provide

    Their contact details are here:
