Halifax/TSB Issues?

Hey,
I'm with Halifax and i cant seem to withdraw any funds even though there is more than enough funds in the account. I've been to 3 different cash machines and all tell me there was a problem with the Bank/Card Issuer. I've tried to call Halifax to see what the problem is but i keep getting a message after i enter my sort code and account number in saying "Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to connect you at the moment, we hope to return to normal service as soon as possible".
Is anyone else having problems with Halifax? I have no money and i need to withdraw
