p+p refund? what to do, NAD

Hi, I opened a case for an item not as described. After some arguing the seller had agreed to take it back, but she says she wont refund the original p+p. However my email for ebay says I am due the full amount. In the email it says i must send the item out by monday!anyhow as she says she's not refunding p+p I contacted ebay and said it is ok to hold onto the item until customer services intervene. I'm just worried about the date for sending back, it doesnt say anywhere what else to do, I wont be sending back until I know I'm getting all my money I'm entitled too.Is it safe to keep the item??

And once you have received your refund you can then leave negative feedback & hit their stars accordingly.0 -
Do not wait. If the case says you need to do it by Monday, no matter what anyone else says, you will not be eligible if you fail to send it. CS reps are a law unto themselves and will say just about anything to get you off the phone/livechat.0

As above you must send it backed tracked by the stipulated date.once you have done this upload the tracking number to the dispute.
Once the tracking proves item has been delivered or attempted to deliver you will be issued a full refund of all your original payment including postage.The seller can say what they like but they cannot stop a full refund being issued.0 -
thanks guys. sent back today, with tracking details entered yesterday. will be def leaving neg as i have thoroughly cleaned the item so when she sells on new buyer will think its lovely and she will get credit!!let he without sin cast the first stone0
