1p Smartphone chargers from Carphone Warehouse!

just got a spare for my android, and now thinking about it should have ordered one for DH's iphone as he could take it to work. Doh.

no end of problems trying to get this to work.

Wants you to login or register...I tried login as Im sure I have a carphone warehouse account - Email address not registered.

So I tried to create a new account and it tells me the email address IS registered.

Tried the whole process again with a different email address and same thing....just going round in a circle.

Tried to create an entire new account with OH's email address which I know has never been used on the site and it just says 'oops we are not able to process your request at this time'

Im wondering if they've done something to the app to stop it taking any more orders?

EDIT : Finally got into the account somehow...tried to place an order and it says 'please check personal details, name, DOB, billing address' Everything is correct and as registered to my card.
No way of getting round it seems.

Waste of time for me...

Hey folks

I had the same problems registering, and finally got it to work...by taking out the space in my postcode! Give it a try.

So instead of postcode format XX1 2XX, remove the space = XX12XX

Have needed to buy a replacement charger for weeks now but kept putting it off! Glad I did as 1p is clearly the best price I'll find! Thanks op!

Anyone received there's though, I'm still waiting from weeks ago, and you can't check your order history, so I'm not sure if it even worked!

I have a friend who has received theirs already, but I am not sure how long ago they ordered it.

I ordered it mid-week last and have a confirmation email they are about to dispatch....
