No, the same as phone banking. The exact same questions and answers, and yes, the customer adviser knows what they are as you have to ring them up to setup your security details and are displayed on screen should you phone them with a question. So in effect, they could impersonate you via the online banking.
They do send a card reader which is "randomly used" when you setup a new payment, although I never used mine in the 3 months I had an account.

For the moment, you may be asked to use the Card Reader when you do the following tasks:- set up or amend standing orders
- set up, amend or make bill payments
- set up, amend or make funds transfer
Enter the PIN of the card that you are using into the Card Reader and press OK
Security tip: Make sure that no one is watching you when you enter your PIN.0
