I understand the comments regarding getting drunk etc, don't worry I won't be drinking again at a company event.
My main gripe though is to why I got the warning as they said themselves it was not for getting drunk they had no problem with that it was for the incident that occurred. That's where the problem is because I do not think the hotel complained about me, I just happened to return at the same time as the other guy causing trouble.0 -

Looking at the report and reading it several times, the hotel complained about the pair of you although they said you were the lesser of the two evils but the pair of you still caused a ruckuss and disturbed guests.0
