Credit card statements not being sent

I wonder if anyone has any advice. My credit card company are not sending me card statements. I've complained about this and they promised it would be sortedm, but to no avail. I have my minimum payment set to pay by standing order but I never know much interest etc I am being charged. Or indeed if my SO has hit late and have been charged a default sum.
I'm guessing there is a legal obligation to send them however they do not seem to care about this. Is there anything else that could hit them in the wallet that would encourage them to sort this out?

Not that I'm aware of. Obviously it would be good practice and would be expected, but your terms probably say you need to make payments regardless of getting a statement.
Have you considered online statements in the meantime?
I would also switch your SO to a DD, as the SO may not always be enough to meet the min payment.0 -
Write with a COMPLAINT. What about on line statements and on line management ? Never pay by SO as it will end in tears, use DD.0

I'm afraid the statements are for your information only.....it is your responsibility to know the balance and minimum payment requirements (remember the postal problems a few years back? People had to pay regardless even though some credit cards did waive default fees as a gesture of good will).
Do sign up to deal with them on line and do use direct debits as any late payment then is not your problem.....Practically Perfect in Every Way......:grinheart0 -
Troll ! Funny how the OP has so many problems !0
