Making the PSone a portable vcd player

hi,
i don't know whether someone might be able to help..i have been trying to find ways of making my psone playing vcds..i know that a movie card can be installed but that it will also not play on the lcd screen but only on the t.V. so my question is how to make a psone play VCD on its LCD?if someone out there can answer my million pounds questions please so...
