I have been with BG for years and pay by dd now looking to change to M&S dual fuel fixed price for 2 years anyone else with them , or better to stay where I am .

    I'm afraid no one can tell you. Supplier tariffs vary by the region and the value of any particular one depends on your personal consumption.
    Best to put your Annual Kwh Consumption into a couple of Switch sites a take it from there
