Gas Mix Up

I switched gas and electricity last october through Uswitch and got info through from Scottish Power confirming my new account info.
I discovered a few days ago that I have not been paying for Gas since then. I logged into my online account but it says they only provide my electricity. I have always done duel-fuel to get the savings so I know I didn't swap one and not the other. Plus no-one else is charging me Gas so my old account with EDF was obviously passed to someone.
I don't have the letter I was sent anymore and my account is all online.
I don't know who to contact but I am also concerned that I will be forced to pay a huge bill when a provider finally comes forward. Can anyone offer advice?
Thanks

You can check who is your supplier by following the advice on this link.

    http://www.energylinx.co.uk/independent_gas_transporters.htm

In terms of backbilling, they can charge up to 12 months but beyond that you should be pushing for them to pay for their own mistakes and they shouldn't charge as long as you have not stood in their way and prevented any billing.

If you received a final bill off your old supplier, its likely you have switched.
